Thematic control and criteria-based assessment of foreign language writing skills using artificial intelligence technologies
This paper investigates using AI technologies (NLP, chatbots, adaptive learning systems) to automate thematic control and criteria-based assessment of foreign language writing skills, evaluating student texts for grammar, vocabulary, coherence, relevance, structure, and stylistic correctness in real-time. The study examines AI's applicability for conducting various types of educational assessment (preliminary, current, intermediate, thematic, final) with focus on automated grading and feedback provision.
